Shipping and Delivery Policy for Nashik Marathon

 

Effective Date: 10th June 2025

 

This policy outlines how race-related items will be distributed for the Nashik Marathon.

1. Race Kit Collection (Bib, T-shirt, Goodie Bag)

  • Physical Collection Required: All participants are required to physically collect their race kit, which includes their race bib, timing chip, official event t-shirt, and any other participant goodie bag items.

  • Designated Collection Point: The race kit collection will take place at a specially designated "Race Expo" or "Bib Collection" venue in Nashik.

  • Collection Dates and Times: Specific dates, times, and the exact location for race kit collection will be clearly communicated to all registered participants via email and published on the official Nashik Marathon website (www.nashikmarathon.org) closer to the event date. Participants must adhere to the specified collection schedule.

  • Identification Required: Participants must present a valid photo ID and their registration confirmation (printout or digital) for verification during kit collection.

  • No Shipping: For logistical and verification reasons, no race kits or any components thereof will be shipped to participants' addresses, whether domestic or international.

 

2. Finisher Medals

  • On-Site Awarding: Finisher medals are awarded exclusively at the finish line of the Nashik Marathon upon successful completion of the registered race category (Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K) within the stipulated cut-off time.

  • No Shipping: Finisher medals will not be shipped to participants. They must be collected personally at the finish line on the event day.

 

3. Responsibility for Collection
It is the sole responsibility of the registered participant to collect their race kit during the designated collection period. The Organizer will not be responsible for uncollected kits or for making alternative arrangements for collection outside of the announced schedule.
